The knot is an Albright. It is shown in its formative stage with 10 turns of the dacron line taken around the loop of wire starting from the open end of the wire loop and working toward the closed end, the dacron line exits the wire loop on the same side as it entered. The second example shows the finished connection with the wire line being secured with a Haywire Twist.
